  1. STRATEGIC ANLYSIS  
 
The strategic analysis aims to help the management of the business to define the strategic goals and long-term market planning and business planning integration, tendencies for development and integration of operative flows of activities in the strategic frame of execution. The analysis might be realized as a STRATEGIC REVIEW in accordance to the volume of the contract.
 
  2. MANAGEMENT ANALYSIS:  
 
This analysis applies to the examination of the functional scheme of management and control of the business as it refers to the shape and methods of management; accordance of the applied scheme to the strategic goals; definitions of the obligations and responsibilities of the management team and execution; management culture and business style; decision making.
 
  3. ORGANISATIONAL ANALYSIS:  
 

Analyzing the organizational process in the business gives the opportunity to examine and define the organizational relations and processes, to define the characteristics of the organizational levels and positions and the realization of the team potential. The analysis also aims to help the process of organizational changes.

 
  4. MARKETING ANALYSIS:  
 
The analysis aims to define the market tendencies and the accordance of business market strategy to the observed processes and factors of market development. It helps the management in defining the shapes and manners of offering and realization of products and services, the business politics of working with clients and distribution, the business resource for realization of effective trade, particularities of the market.
 
  5. ANALYSIS OF THE HUMAN FACTOR AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:  
  The analysis evaluates the psycho-social factors in the following basic directions:  
 
E valuation of the influence of the working environment over the subjective perception of the employees.
Psychological compatibility among employees.
Teamwork perspectives.
Evaluation of the influence of organizational style and methods of administration and efficiency of management
