HR Center ENDO-MED Management&Development offers to you a broadrange of programs and forms of training in order to achieve direct results in your business.

 
  Our Method of work is defined by understanding the specifics of every particular business and the concrete intentions and goals to be executed. The methodic is realized in the following consequence:  
 
1 Diagnosis of the training necessity
 
à Analysis (please, refer to section Analysis);
b Execution of a targeted evaluation.
2 Preparation of the training:
 
After analyzing the needs of the training we define the goals, tasks and modules of execution of the training program. We prepare and propose a PROGRAM for the execution of the training and a plan for the facilitation of the event.
3. Training execution:
 
The training is executed in accordance with the approved program as an individual or group influence on the basis of interactive, easy to assimilate trainings with positive emotions. Different dynamic forms of performance are applied: role games and simulations, lections, courses, seminars, case studies, discussions, small group and big group activities, short forms with visualization.
4. Training analysis:
  HR Center ENDO-MED Management&Development prepares an analysis with applied statistical photo and video materials for evaluation of the achieved advancement and goals of the training.
Recommendations for future steps are applied.
